Terms of use

These terms apply when you use techurch.com or any product from Techurch Technologies ("Techurch", "we", "us"), including the myChurch app and its web console. By using them, you agree to these terms.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for what happens on your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else is using it.

Using our products

Use our products lawfully and with respect for others. Do not:

• post content that is illegal, hateful, abusive or misleading;
• try to access accounts or data that are not yours;
• disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the service.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Churches on myChurch

Each church manages its own space in myChurch, including who can join and what is posted there. Church staff are responsible for the content and decisions they publish to their members.

Giving and refunds

Gifts made in myChurch go to the church you choose. Payments are processed by licensed payment providers, such as Paystack, and are subject to their terms.

If you made a mistake with a gift, contact your church first, because refunds are the church's decision. We will help the church trace the payment. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through the payment provider. For anything else about a payment, email hello@techurch.com.

Your content

You own what you post. You give us permission to store and show it to the people you shared it with, so the service can work.

Our work for clients

When we build software for a client, a separate written agreement sets out the scope, fees and ownership of that work.

Availability and liability

We work hard to keep our products running, but we cannot promise they will always be available or error-free. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or unexpected losses from using them.

Changes

We may update these terms. If the change is important, we will tell you in the app or by email. If you keep using our products after that, you accept the new terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
